ABOUT THE APARTMENT.

The apartment was completed in September 2005 and is only about 500m from the sandy Mahmutlar beaches.

No 12 is on the 3rd floor. There are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), though the sofas in the living room also convert to beds. Air conditioning units have been fitted in both of the bedrooms. They both also have doors onto one of the 3 balconies, with one of them linking the master bedroom to the kitchen external door.

The kitchen itself has extensive cutlery and crockery, and is complete with gas/electric cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also provided for your convenience.

The living room is tasteful and comfortable with the sofa and chairs mentioned above converting to provide extra sleeping facilities. An air conditioning unit has also been fitted in this room. There is a dining table and chairs and also a hi-fi system. The separate balcony provides views to banana groves and mountains

A large shower room is provided with a w.c and basin, but there is also an additional and separate w.c with washbasin.

Outside there is a pool belonging to the block, which is open May to October, though with the sea so close it would not appeal to most.

Next door to the block there is a small convenience store.
